David will record a short video message (15s-60s) on his phone, to be delivered by email.
 
Simply tell us who the message is for, what it's about (e.g. "Happy birthday", "Good luck on your driving test", etc.) and who it's from.
 
Feel free to suggest exact wording, but David reserves the right to alter it to be in his style... and to reject anything inappropriate!
